In order to sell and deliver the ordered goods to the buyers, our online store “dada-base.com” asks the buyer to provide personal data that is necessary to communicate with buyers, deliver the ordered goods, and identify the buyer when they are paying for the goods.The online store “dada-base.com” commits itself not to transfer buyer personal data to third parties. Buyers have the right to visit the pages of our online store without giving any personal data until the moment of ordering the goods, registration on our site or subscribe to a newsletter.

The online store “dada-base.com“ collects personal data, which is:
-first and last name;
-email address;
-contact phone number;
-country of residence;
-delivery address;

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. When you make a purchase online with credit card, you will provide your credit card information on our website to finish your purchase. Your credit card details will be protected with Global Sign Encryption. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary in order for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations to you under the purchase agreement.

DELIVERY

Shipment within Ukraine is for free.
We are using the local provider Nova Poshta.

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express. Delivery time depends on destination. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a waybill number to track your order.

Cost of each order delivery shall be calculated individually, based on the weight of the product, region and delivery method at the final stage of making the order. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of order payment.

CUSTOMS ANS IMPORT CHARGES

Depending on where you buy from custom or import duties might apply when the shipment reaches its destination country.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We are not taking any responsibilities for the import tax fee.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from DADABASE. If you have changed your mind you have the options of exchanging the same good(s) for a different size or returning the good(s) for a full refund.

Returns Terms and Guidelines: • All returned items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, without any perfume smell and complete with original tags and packaging if applicable. • All returned items must be well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. • When returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer as it is part of the product. Any damage to the box may result in the return being refused. • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. • If items are returned from outside of Ukraine, please clearly mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any return custom charges made. • Please note sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

We will issue you a return authorisation number within 24 hours and further instructions on how to return your order.

We aim to clear all refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please note that refunds to credit cards usually take 2-3 business days to complete.
